Mother Dairy Café, Sector 11 Noida
CommercialSector 11, NoidaCompleted
Overview
A compact quick-service café, completed and trading. The whole plan is organised around getting people from the door to the counter and out again without crossing the seating.
Design approach
The counter runs the length of one wall with the menu boards above it, which keeps the queue along a single edge.
Seating is pushed to the opposite wall in a tight run of two-tops, with finishes selected for daily cleaning rather than appearance alone.
